CopyCat Arby’s Air Fryer Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches

Ingredients

Red Ranch Sauce:
¼ ketchup
1 teaspoon water
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Arby’s Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup Cheez Whiz
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Roast Beef Sandwich:
1 pound sliced roast beef
4 regular onion buns
4 slices of Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions

To make the Red Ranch Sauce: Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate for about 20 to 30 minutes.

To Make The Arby’s Cheese Sauce: In a small saucepan, add the Cheez Whiz, milk, and shredded cheese, and over a low-simmer, simmer until the sauce has melted, mix well, to avoid burning.

To Assemble the sandwich: Add about 1 tablespoon of red sauce, then add about 3 pieces of roast beef, 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese, and the cheese sauce.

Set into the air fryer at 320 degrees F, for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
