CopyCat Benihana Tokyo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

2 pounds Chicken wings
1/4 cup Soy sauce
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Honey , or sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup Soy sauce , 3 cloves Garlic, 1 tablespoon Ginger, 1 tablespoon Sesame oil, 2 tablespoons Honey (or sugar), 1/2 teaspoon Salt , and 1/4 teaspoon Pepper.

Add 2 pounds Chicken wings to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for best flavor.

Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.

Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).

While wings cook, reserve some marinade and simmer in a small saucepan for 2–3 minutes to make a glaze. Brush over cooked wings for extra flavor.

Plate wings and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
