CopyCat Bob Evans Coconut Cream Pie
Ingredients
4 1/2 ounces Vanilla Pudding
2 1/2 ounces Cool Whip
2 1/4 cups Milk
3/4 cup Shredded Coconut
Baked Pie Shell
1/4 cup Toasted Shredded Coconut
Directions
In a large bowl, add pudding, Cool Whip, Milk and shredded coconut. Mix well.
Pour mixture into baked pie shell.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
Place in refrigerator to chill.
Cut into slices and serve cold.
