CopyCat Bob Evans Cole Slaw
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 dash Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups finely minced cabbage
1 carrot, peeled and very finely shredded
1 leaf dark green kale, very finely shredded
Directions
Combine the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, vinegar, Tabasco, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk well to mix.
Stir the cabbage, carrot, and kale into the dressing. Mix well. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving.
