CopyCat Carrabba’s Italian Grill Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese, grated or shaved, not powdered
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
¼ teaspoon white pepper, or to taste

Directions

In a large saucepan, melt the 1 cup unsalted butter over medium heat.

Once the butter has melted, add the 1 cup heavy whipping cream and stir well.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Allow it to cook for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

Gradually add the grated 1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and blends into a smooth, creamy sauce.

Add ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon white pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as needed.

Pour the Alfredo sauce over your favorite pasta, toss, and serve hot. Enjoy!
