CopyCat Carrabba’s Italian Grill Seasoning

Ingredients

¼ cup kosher sea salt
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
1 ½ teaspoons granulated garlic, or powder
1 teaspoon Rinaldo’s Toasted Garlic, optional
1 ½ teaspoons granulated onion, or onion powder, I used Trader Joe’s Onion Salt
1 ½ teaspoons dry oregano
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions

In a small bowl or jar, combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container for up to 6 months.

General Guide: use 1 tablespoon seasoning per 1 pound of meat, except fish. If using on fish, drizzle with a little oil or good vegetable oil (I like Avocado oil) and then sprinkle on seasoning.
