CopyCat Cracker Barrel Air Fryer Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups dried elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups half and half
8 ounces Velveeta Cheese, diced
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 360°F for 8-10 minutes, using an air fryer setting. While the air fryer is heating.

In a large bowl add the macaroni noodles, half and half, Velveeta, 1 cup of the cheddar, butter, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne, and salt, and mix well to combine.

Spray an air fryer baking dish with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the dish. Air fry for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Add the remaining cheese and air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until melted and slightly browned.

Serve while warm.
