CopyCat Dunkin’ Donuts Iced Cake Batter Latte

Ingredients

Cake Batter Syrup:
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cake batter extract

Iced Latte:
1 tablespoon cake batter syrup
1 cup ice cubes
1.5 ounces cooled espresso
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons whipped cream

Optional Toppings:
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons rainbow sprinkles

Directions

Cake Batter Syrup:
Heat water in a small saucepan, add sugar.
When the sugar is dissolved, remove from the pan from stove top and stir in extract.
Cool the syrup to room temperature.

Iced Latte:
Pour 1 tablespoon of cake batter syrup into a glass.
Add ice.
Pour the espresso over the ice.
Add milk.
Top with whipped cream.
Top with chocolate syrup drizzle and rainbow sprinkles if desired.
