CopyCat Longhorn Steakhouse Air Fryer Renegade Sirloin

Ingredients

2 sirloin steaks, well-marbled cuts, 6–8 oz each.
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs – aromatic herbs for garnish.

Directions

Pat the 2 sirloin steaks dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Evenly season each steak with 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powde , and 1 tsp smoked paprika.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Place steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway, depending on desired doneness (8–9 minutes for medium-rare, 10–12 minutes for medium).

Remove steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.

Top with Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs – aromatic herbs for garnish. before serving.

Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
