CopyCat Longhorn Steakhouse Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup buttermilk
½ cup blue cheese crumbles ,
1 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper – to taste, balances all the ingredients.

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise , ½ cup sour cream , and ¼ cup buttermilk until smooth.

Stir in g½ tsp garlic powder , ½ tsp onion powder , 1 tsp white vinegar and Salt and pepper – to taste.

Gently fold in the ½ cup blue cheese crumbles , leaving some larger pieces for texture.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Drizzle over salads, use as a dipping sauce, or serve alongside wings and steak.
