CopyCat Longhorn Steakhouse Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients

1 stick of unsalted butter
2 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp of salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks and sugar.

Fold in flour and salt into the egg mixture.

Add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.

Divide mixture into 4 ramekins and place on baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes.

Serve immediately!
