CopyCat Olive Garden Air Fryer Bruschetta

Ingredients

Bruschetta Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes
4 oz burrata
1 small shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Serving:
1 baguette, sliced (optional)
1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Directions

Combine cherry tomatoes, chopped shallot, minced garlic, and olive oil in a baking dish. Toss to coat the tomatoes evenly.

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F for 3-5 minutes. Then, roast the tomatoes in the preheated air fryer oven or basket for about 7-10 minutes or until they burst, releasing their juices.

Once the tomatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for about 5 minutes.

Then sprinkle chopped fresh basil over them, season with salt and pepper, and place the burrata on top of the tomatoes.

Finish by drizzling balsamic glaze over the bruschettas. Serve with crostinis, crackers, or bread.
