CopyCat Olive Garden Air Fryer Chicken Tortellini Alfredo

Ingredients

2 cups Asiago tortellini, cooked
1 cup Alfredo sauce
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese, for garnish
1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Place chicken breasts in the basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, or until fully cooked.

In a skillet, heat the Alfredo sauce. Add cooked tortellini and stir until coated with the sauce.

Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the tortellini. Garnish with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
