CopyCat Outback Steakhouse Seasoning

Ingredients

1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional, for heat
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon brown sugar, for a subtle sweetness

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly to break up any clumps.

Rub generously onto steaks before grilling or cooking. You can also sprinkle over chicken, pork, or vegetables.

Transfer to an airtight jar or spice container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
