CopyCat Panera Bread Air Fryer Flatbread Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Pizza

Ingredients

Garlic Cream Sauce:

1 tablespoons butter, unsalted
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Flatbread:

2 naan bread
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded or grated
1/4 cup smoked shredded chicken
1 slice bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
4 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon chipotle aioli
1 teaspoon diced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Make garlic cream sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add garlic and cook for a minute until turning golden.

Whisk in cream and Parmesan cheese. Heat for a few minutes then take off heat.

Make flatbread:
Spoon garlic cream sauce over base. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top.

Scatter shredded chicken, bacon and sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.

Preheat air fryer to 400˚F. Put flatbread into air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes or until cheese has completely melted.

Remove flatbread from basket, top with chipotle aioli and shredded cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!
