CopyCat Panera Bread Air Fryer Four Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 large eggs, beaten
1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 400˚F (200˚C). Grease six 5-inch ramekins.

Place a saucepan over medium heat. Melt butter, then whisk in the flour, stirring constantly for 30 seconds. Next, whisk in milk and cook until mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper, then take off heat and allow to cool.

Once cool, place milk mixture into a bowl with beaten eggs and four types of cheeses. Mix until everything is well-combined.

Cut the sheet of puff pastry into 6 squares, then press each square into a ramekin and fold in any overhang. Divide up egg mixture between ramekins.

Place as many ramekins as will fit in air fryer, cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Take off foil and cook for another 2-4 minutes, until puffed up and golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
