CopyCat Panera Bread Air Fryer Granola

Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds, sliced
½ cup pecans, chopped
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Mix oats, chopped nuts (like almonds and walnuts), and any seeds you’d like (such as chia or flax). Add cinnamon and a pinch of salt for extra flavor.

In a separate bowl, whisk together honey or maple syrup, coconut oil (or olive oil), and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the oats and nuts, stirring to coat evenly.

Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Spread the granola mixture evenly in a single layer in a baking pan using a parchment liner if desired. set cook time for 10–12 minutes. Remove when fully cooked.

Once golden brown, let the granola cool completely on a baking sheet. The granola will become crispier as it cools. Store in an airtight container.
