CopyCat Texas Roadhouse Butter Garlic Steak Bites

Ingredients

2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional

Directions

Pat steak bites dry with paper towels.

Season with paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.

Reduce heat to medium and add butter.

Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes.

Cook for 1 minute until fragrant and coated in buttery sauce.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
