CopyCat The Cheesecake Factory Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

3 lb. red potatoes (wedged)
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded Gouda cheese (6 oz)
1 Tbsp. horseradish

Directions

Add salt and potatoes to stock pot and boil until tender (20-30 minutes).

In a saucepan, heat butter and milk until evenly combined.

Stir hot butter and milk mixture into the potatoes.

Add Gouda and horseradish.

Mash potatoes and season to taste.
