CopyCat Zaxby’s Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla

Ingredients

3-4 fried chicken tenders (sliced)*
4-5 slices, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing (plus more for dipping)
1 large flour tortilla
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon ranch seasoning for extra flavor

Directions

Prep the Filling: Mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and ranch seasoning (if using) in a bowl.

Lay out the large tortilla. Spread the mixture over one half (or the whole thing for a flat quesadilla), top generously with cheddar jack cheese.

Fold the tortilla. Cook in a dry or lightly buttered skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Slice into wedges and serve with additional ranch dressing.

*Chicken Tenderz: To replicate Zaxby’s, use breaded, fried chicken tenders.

Alternatives: You can also bake the quesadillas at 425°F for 20 minutes if cooking multiple at once.
