CopyCat Zaxby’s Spicy Zax Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup Mayonnaise (e.g., Duke’s)
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp Black pepper (use more for, “hot” version)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper or hot sauce
1/2 tsp White vinegar (optional, for tang)

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth.

Add the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and cayenne/hot sauce.

Whisk until all ingredients are well combined and the spices are evenly distributed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours, as the black pepper flavor intensifies over time.
