CopyCat 3 Ingredient Wendy’s Frosty

Ingredients

16 ice cubes of chocolate milk
1 cup Cool Whip whipped cream is ok to use
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Spoon into a cup and enjoy!
