CopyCat P.F. Chang’s Asian Pear Mojito
Ingredients
1 tablespoon lime juice
5 fresh mint leaves
1 ounce sour apple schnapps
1 1/2 ounce lemon rum
1 ounce pineapple juice
lemon-lime soda
ice
Directions
Combine lime and mint in a highball or collins glass. Mash together using a spoon, pestle or muddler.
Add the liquids except soda to a shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Pour into the glass, gently stir, and top off with lemon-lime soda.
