Ingredients

2 ounces sour mix
1 ounce pineapple juice
3/4 blue curaçao
1 ounce Malibu Rum
ice
pineapple wedge to garnish (optional)
maraschino cherry to garnish (optional)

Directions

Shake the sour mix, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and Malibu Rum in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.

Garnish with pineapple and a cherry if desired.
