CopyCat Bob Evans Carrots
Ingredients
1 bag baby carrots about 1 lb
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
⅓ cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup water
Directions
In a large or medium cooking pot, melt the butter on medium heat.
Add the carrots, salt, brown sugar, water, and white sugar. Stir well.
Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
