CopyCat Golden Corral Air Fryer Cornbread
Ingredients
8.5 ounces Jiffy Cornbread
14.75 ounces cream corn
1 cup corn
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted and unsalted
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Jiffy Cornbread Mix with the Corn.
Add the sour cream, and mix well.
Mix in the eggs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
Grease your air fryer pan with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
Pour your prepared batter into the pan
Place your pan into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting for 12 minutes.
