CopyCat Golden Corral Air Fryer Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
Peach Filling:
30 ounces peaches, sliced and drained
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
2/3 cup quick oats
1/3 cup pecans, diced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons butter, melted and unsalted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all filling ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into the bottom of an air fryer safe baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the topping ingredients until well combined and a crumbled texture.
Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly across the top of the peach filling.
Place the baking dish in your air fryer basket or tray and bake for 14-17 minutes at 330F on the air fry setting, or until the topping is golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the peach crumble to slightly cool before serving. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, enjoy!
