CopyCat Texas Roadhouse Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients

16 oz mushrooms
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Clean and slice mushrooms.

In a pan, melt butter and garlic over medium heat.

Add sliced mushrooms and thyme, and saute for 10-12 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
