CopyCat Zaxby’s Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic finely minced
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar for extra tang and depth
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
Finely mince one clove of garlic.
Juice your oranges and lemons.
In a mixing bowl, add the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk these ingredients together until they’re well combined.
Add the raw honey to the mixture.
Slowly drizzle in two tablespoons while whisking continuously. This will help emulsify the dressing, blending the flavors and giving it a silky texture.
Add in your sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Taste the vinaigrette. If it needs more sweetness, add a touch more honey.
Serve it right away or store it for later.
