CopyCat Zaxby’s Garlic Buffalo Blaze Sauce
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1 cup unsalted butter melted
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
10 cloves garlic crushed to release natural oils
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon honey
Directions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, pour in the melted butter. This is your creamy base. Add the Frank’s RedHot Sauce and apple cider vinegar. Stir until they’re well blended.
Once your base is combined, it’s time to add the Worcestershire sauce. Add in the crushed garlic, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and honey.
Allow this mixture to simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. This lets the flavors mingle beautifully.
After simmering, let the sauce cool completely. Transfer it to a jar and store it in the fridge.
