CopyCat Buffalo Wild Wings Air Fryer Potato Wedges
Ingredients
4 medium Russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce, optional
Blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing, for serving (optional)
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and cut your potatoes into wedges. Combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
Dredge the potato wedges in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd the basket. Spray the potato wedges with cooking spray. Air fry the potato wedges for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking until they are crispy and golden brown.
Once the potato wedges are cooked, place them in a large bowl and toss them with the Buffalo wing sauce until they are evenly coated. Serve the potato wedges hot with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing, if desired.
