CopyCat Longhorn Steakhouse Air Fryer or Oven Wings
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional, for heat
2 teaspoons olive oil
Optional Wing Sauces:
Buffalo Sauce , ¼ cup hot sauce + 2 tbsp melted butter
Garlic Parmesan , 2 tbsp melted butter + 2 tsp garlic powder + ¼ cup grated Parmesan
Honey BBQ, ¼ cup barbecue sauce + 2 tsp honey
Directions
Pat 2 pounds chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them crisp up.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 2 teaspoons olive oil until evenly coated.
Oven Instructions: Preheat to 400°F. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Air Fryer Instructions: Cook at 380°F for 25–30 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
While wings are hot, toss them in your choice of sauce ( Buffalo Sauce , Garlic Parmesan Honey BBQ until fully coated.
Arrange on a platter, sprinkle with parsley or extra Parmesan if desired, and enjoy with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
