CopyCat P.F. Chang’s Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Shrimp
Ingredients
1½ lbs large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Directions
Peel and devein the 1½ lbs large raw shrimp, then pat dry with paper towels.
Sprinkle 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder over the shrimp. Toss to coat evenly.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket and air fry 5–7 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until pink, opaque, and slightly crispy.
Reduce heat to low (or transfer shrimp to a skillet). Add melted 3 tbsp butter and fresh 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice Toss shrimp gently to coat evenly.
Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with Lemon slices if desired, and serve immediately as an appetizer or over rice for a main dish.
