CopyCat Starbucks Air Fryer Double Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder,
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C) for a few minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
Mix in 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 3 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Gently fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Lightly grease a baking dish or pan that fits into your air fryer basket.
Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
Carefully place the baking dish with the brownie batter into the preheated air fryer basket.
Cook the brownies in the air fryer at 325°F (160°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
Once the brownies are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool in the baking dish for a few minutes before slicing into squares and serving.
