CopyCat Ruth’s Chris Steak House Bleu Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/4 cup crumbled Bleu Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Use an electric mixer or whisk to combine all ingredients.
Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve up to 2 weeks.
