CopyCat Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
6 ounces cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 quart heavy cream
8 ounces grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Melt butter and cream cheese in a sauce pan over medium heat until completely smooth.
Add whipping cream and turn the heat to medium-high. Whisk together until smooth and slightly bubbly.
Add parmesan cheese to taste. I use the full 8 oz but you can use less. Stir in garlic powder.
