CopyCat The Cheesecake Factory Loaded Baked Potato Tots
Ingredients
4 medium Potatoes, peeled and cooked
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
Directions
Boil or steam 4 medium Potatoes until tender. Drain and mash until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Sour cream, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder half the6 slices Bacon, and half of 1/2 cup Green onions.
Using your hands or a spoon, form the potato mixture into small, bite-sized tot shapes and place on a greased baking sheet.
Oven Instructions: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Air Fryer Instructions: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Sprinkle remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions on top while still warm. Serve immediately.
