CopyCat Carrabba’s Italian Grill Ricardo Sauce
Ingredients
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and black pepper, to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley, optional
Directions
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, 30–60 seconds.
Stir in lemon juice and red pepper flakes.
Add cream and simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Remove from heat and serve warm over seafood or chicken.
