CopyCat Olive Garden Slow Cooker Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
1 cup Olive Garden Italian dressing, or any Italian dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces cream cheese
16 ounces penne pasta, cooked according to package directions
Directions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken, making sure it’s well-coated.
Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper, mixing to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Shred the chicken using two forks.
Add the cream cheese to the slow cooker and stir until it melts into the sauce, creating a creamy texture.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the penne pasta according to the package directions. Drain well.
Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker, stirring gently to coat the pasta with the creamy chicken mixture.
Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot. Enjoy your creamy, comforting meal!
