CopyCat Ruth’s Chris Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup buttermilk
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoons chives, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the 1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, and ¼ cup buttermilk until smooth and creamy.
Add the 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 tablespoons chives ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and l1 teaspoon lemon juice. Stir until everything is fully combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can blend.
Stir once more before serving and drizzle over salads or use as a dip for vegetables and wings.
